Who We Are
DTT Ireland is operated by Auvorix ("we", "us", "our"), a software developer based in Dublin, Ireland. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the DTT Ireland mobile application ("App"). We are committed to full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts.

Data We Collect
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive: • Your email address • Your display name • A unique identifier from the identity provider During your use of the App, we also store: • Exam session results (score, pass/fail, time taken, category breakdown) • Premium subscription status • App preferences (theme, notification settings) • Referral credits and viral bypass credits We do NOT collect your precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone data.

How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to: • Provide and personalise the App experience • Track your exam progress and calculate readiness scores • Enforce daily free-tier limits • Apply purchase entitlements (Premium unlock) • Send cooldown reminder notifications (with your permission) • Respond to support requests We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following legal bases: • Contract performance — to deliver the services you requested • Legitimate interests — to improve the App and prevent abuse • Consent — for optional push notifications (withdrawable at any time)

Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account via Settings → Delete Account, all your personal data — including exam history, preferences, and credentials — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems within 30 days.

Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: • Google Sign-In — authentication (Google LLC) • Sign In with Apple — authentication (Apple Inc.) • Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure, database, and storage (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) • RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management (RevenueCat Inc.) No Firebase or Google Analytics SDKs are embedded in this App.

Data Transfers
Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within the European Economic Area (EEA). If processing occurs outside the EEA, it is subject to appropriate Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Your GDPR Rights
As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to: • Access — request a copy of your personal data • Rectification — correct inaccurate data • Erasure — delete your account and all associated data • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format • Restriction — limit how we process your data • Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@auvorix.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
