Delete Account
You can permanently delete your AptitudeIE account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within AptitudeIE:
- Open the AptitudeIE app
- Tap the Settings icon
- Scroll to Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion in the dialog
Your account and all data (scores, progress, profile) will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to:
support-aptitudeie@auvorix.comInclude the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days.
What gets deleted
- ✕ Your account profile (email, display name, user ID)
- ✕ All test results and section scores
- ✕ Practice history and progress data
- ✕ Premium subscription status
- ✕ Push notification token
Note: Deleting your AptitudeIE account does not cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately in your store settings.
