How do I restore my premium purchase?

Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, contact us with your order receipt.

The app says my login failed. What do I do?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If the error persists, try signing out and back in.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the app. You can also visit auvorix.com/garda-test/delete-account for instructions.

Is GardaPrep an official Garda Síochána product?

No. GardaPrep is an independent preparation tool created by Auvorix. It is not affiliated with An Garda Síochána.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store. Go to your store's subscription settings to cancel.
